We use USPS for free ground shipping. At our discretion, we may upgrade your shipping method or carrier at no cost to you. If you choose a shipping method other than the free ground option, we will not change it. Our shipping partners are UPS and FedEX. Rates are automatically calculated at checkout if shipping option is selected.

Shipping & handling charges are based on the amount you
order. The charges shown above are for a single address. 'Value of Order'
includes the total price of the items plus gift boxing if applicable.

When will you receive your order?
Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing. Once we ship your order, you will receive an email confirming your chosen shipment method and if applicable, a tracking number to monitor the package as it travels from us to you.
Quality Control
During order processing, each order is inspected for quality and hand-packed. Damaged or otherwise unsuitable products are not shipped, even if we have to notify you by email that a particular product is no longer in stock.
Returns
Please do not remove the tag(s) from the product unless you are certain you are happy with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the product only with the original tag(s) still attached. Only products with the original tag(s) still attached are returnable. Products which have been worn or are otherwise re-unsaleable, are not returnable.
If you choose to return your product, you should first contact our customer service department. If your purchase qualifies (see chart above), a return shipping label will be emailed to you. Simply use this label to send us the product back in the original packaging.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds. All accepted returns will be exchanged for a store credit, which can be used to purchase any item at Cesova.com. Store credit can be used up to it's full value towards products, taxes, and shipping.
